COMMODORE Mike Twomey
COMMODORE: The Commodore shall be responsible to the membership
for the proper functioning of the club and shall preside at all meetings of the club and Board of Directors. The Commodore
shall be the executive officer of the club, enforce the by-laws, and appoint any additional needed committees not provided
for in the by-laws. The Commodore shall be an ex officio member of all committees except the nominating committee.
VICE-COMMODORE Kathy Corwin
VICE-COMMODORE: The Vice-Commodore shall assist the
Commodore in the discharge of his duties and shall officiate in his absence. The Vice-Commodore will oversee the functioning
of the House Committee (sub committee Building Maintenance), Auditing Committee, Budget Committee and the By-laws Committee.
Failing to appoint a Chairman of the House Committee, the Vice-Commodore shall function as its chairman.

REAR-COMMODORE:
It shall be the duty of the Rear-Commodore to assist the Commodore and Vice-Commodore in the discharge of their duties, and,
in their absence, to officiate in their stead. The Rear-Commodore will oversee the functioning of the Entertainment
Committee, Membership Committee and any other committee so designated by the Commodore. Failing to appoint a Chairman
of the Entertainment Committee, the Rear-Commodore shall function as its chairman.
SECRETARY: It
shall be the duty of the Secretary to: keep a record of the proceedings of all meetings of the club in a book provided for
that purpose; conduct correspondence for and in the name of the club; present all communications to the club; keep a correct
list of all members of the club and residence addresses of each; file documents, records, reports, and communications connected
with the business of the club; act as secretary of the Board of Director's; notify all members of the time, purpose, place,
and date of meetings of the club at least ten days prior to such meetings; notify the membership in call of the Annual Meeting
of all nominees for office at all elections; and submit an annual report at the Annual Meeting. The Secretary shall
be paid a sum of money to be determined by the Board of Directors each year, to be distributed as the Board may determine.

TREASURER: It shall be the duty of the
Treasurer to collect all monies payable to the club and pay all approved bills contracted by authorized member's of the club.
Treasurer shall keep a correct account of the financial transactions of the club in books provided for that purpose and in
such a manner as to show the balance of available funds at the opening of each meeting. Treasurer shall deposit the
club funds in a bank of sound financial standing, in the name of the club. Treasurer shall be placed under a bond of
not less than $5,000.00 in a surety company selected by the Board of Directors, the expense of same to be paid from club funds.
Treasurer shall prepare bills for annual dues to be mailed by the secretary with the notice of the January meeting.
Treasurer shall render such reports as the Board of Director's may request and shall submit a written report at the Annual
Meeting of the club. The Treasurer shall be paid a sum of money to be determined by the Board of Directors each year,
to be distributed as the Board may determine.
CLUB STEWARD: The Club Steward
shall control the admittance and conduct of members and guests on the club premises, be responsible therefor, and perform
such other duties as the Board of Directors may prescribe.

FLEET CAPTAIN
William Burchill
FLEET CAPTAIN: The Fleet Captain shall maintain a rooster of
the name, principal dimensions, rig, type, and ownership of each boat enrolled in the club; direct the anchoring and mooring
of boats within any area or areas designated as club anchorages, have control over the club float and basin, and such other
duties as may be assigned to him by the Board of Directors
