BY-LAWS COMMITTEE: All
proposed changes in the club by-laws shall first be presented, in writing, to this committee, whose duty it shall be to present
such proposed changes in legal and non-conflicting form to the club. The committee shall maintain a file of current
and non-current by-laws enacted by the club.
