AUDITING COMMITTEE:
The Auditing Committee shall on an in-house basis, audit the club books once a year, after the close of the club fiscal year.
The option to seek an outside audit (performed by a Public Accountant or Certified Public Accountant) will be voted on at
the specific time the Membership deems necessary. It will be voted on only after the membership is notified of the expense
involved. A copy of the Annual Report may be available to any member requesting such copy.
